There was a fungus-killing bacteria discovered last month in Germany that was named after Keanu Reeves.

Scientists said they named it “keanumycins” because, quote, “The lipopeptides kill so efficiently that we named them after [him] because he, too, is extremely deadly in his roles.”

Well during an Ask Me Anything forum on Reddit on Saturday, a user asked Keanu what he thought about it, and he seemed pretty into it.

He said, quote, “They should’ve called it John Wick . . . but that’s pretty cool . . . and surreal for me.  But thanks, scientist people!  Good luck, and thank you for helping us.”
