Breaking it down further, that’s rounded to 1,400 hours each year, 27 hours a week, and 4 hours a day. THAT’S A LOT OF TIME TO BE ZONING OUT.
Routines and consistency can be good, but everything in moderation. Maybe it’s time to break out of the matrix!
