Around 3 o’clock this morning, L.A. police responded to a battery report near Soho Warehouse (an exclusive members only club that Ye had been spotted at with his new girlfriend, Julia Fox). An unnamed fan filed the report against Kanye West after the two argued and Kanye allegedly punched the fan. No arrests have been made yet but the case is currently under investigation.
